December Mountain Bike Group Rides Scheduled!

Winter is the perfect time to try something different, and one of the best ways to suppliment your off season training is to get off-road. We at Ghisallo are big proponents of group rides, and thought it would be a good idea to hold a series of off road rides, led by various members of our esteemed staff and team. Open to all abilities, these group outings will be held at various trails in and around St Louis. If you have never been mountain biking, here's your chance to see what it's all about!

Winter mountain bike riding is awesome--trails are usually in great shape, you are out of the wind and it usually feels quite a bit warmer. Everything is about having fun and it's a killer workout without the trainer!

We will depart the parking lot at Ghisallo Sports at 8:30 AM every Saturday in December, and head to the woods! You can meet here at the shop and caravan, or just meet the group at the trail. Rides will last approx 2 hours, and noone will be dropped. The focus is to introduce mountain bike venues, as well as the techniques and skills that make mountain biking so different(and fun!)
